Good morning, do you know if the drug trulicity 3ml will finally be supplied in pharmacies? Wzielam the last package and I do not know what to do next: / the second question is whether it is normal that after two months the doctor prescribed me instead of 1.5ml, 3 ml? I'm a little afraid of untidy actions.

At this link you can check the availability of Trulicity in pharmacies: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87306/trulicity-iniekcja/apteki/w-polsce Please enter the location you are interested in. On the same page, below, we publish the latest information that we have about the drug. This is the "LATEST TRULICITY NEWS" tab. The last information is from May 11: Today we received information from the manufacturer that deliveries of Trulicity in all three doses are carried out cyclically, once a week to the three largest wholesalers in the country. Since interest in this product has now increased (which is probably related to the recent interruption in supply), the drug is missing and the company is not able to provide access to the product to all patients. As for the dosage of the drug, according to the manufacturer's recommendations, it looks like this: For additional glycemic control: • the dose of 1.5 mg can be increased after at least 4 weeks to 3 mg once a week; • the dose of 3 mg can be increased after at least 4 weeks to 4.5 mg once a week. The maximum dose is 4.5 mg once a week. In particularly sensitive subjects, a starting dose of 0.75 mg once weekly may be considered. However, the doctor can, based on his knowledge, make individual therapeutic decisions (in consultation with the patient). In the case of these drugs, the gradual increase in dose is aimed at reducing ailments such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain - however, not everyone has to experience them and some people who tolerate the drug well increase the dosage of the drug faster than others. It all depends on individual predispositions. If the doctor prescribed a higher dose, he thought it would be safe. Unless you are afraid of swallowing - in this case, please contact your doctor and make sure that this is the dose you should use.
