Good morning. I have a question. Does the antifungal diet that appears on various websites make sense? Does it help to cure vaginal mycosis that recurs. I have already treated mycoses several times with doctors and always after some time it recurs. Is it possible for such a diet to help in healing?

To @Inga: Sugars are the colloquial name for carbohydrates. I wrote about the rejection of simple carbohydrates in the post below. You should look for a source of vitamins and minerals in other ingredients or in fruits and vegetables that are low in carbohydrates (sugars).
Thank you for your reply. What about carbohydrates? They are probably also best rejected. Won't my body then be deprived of some valuable vitamins by such a restrictive diet?

It is highly likely that the use of this type of diet - that is, a diet low in sugar - will minimize the risk of recurrence of fungal infection. Simple sugars (in fruits, sweets, sweet drinks, white flour products) are the main source of energy for mushrooms, favoring their development. Therefore, people who fight ringworm should definitely limit the amount of simple sugars in meals.
