When should I apply another Evra patch when I have been bleeding?
I glued 5 patches in a row. At 4 weeks there was spotting, now I have a 5th patch while it is already intense bleeding. Should I peel off the patch on Sundays? Can I peel it off even though the cycle of the second month is not maintained?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, spotting or intermenstrual bleeding may occur during the use of Evra patches for two cycles, without maintaining a 7-day break, spotting or intermenstrual bleeding may occur during the second cycle. Therefore, the next patch should be applied as always, on the "Patch Change Day". It is worth remembering that the severity of side effects may vary depending on the current condition of the patient, the dosage of the drug and individual characteristics. In a situation where bleeding will persist for a long time, it would be necessary to consult a gynecologist in order to exclude other causes of bleeding.
