The use of Nootropil with Pradaxa is usually not recommended. Piracetam (the active ingredient in Nootropil) affects platelet aggregation, so that its simultaneous administration with anticoagulants such as Pradaxa carries an increased risk of bleeding. If the use of both drugs is necessary, the dosage regimen prescribed by the doctor should be strictly followed and special care should be taken.
