Yes, you can do the application with the drug Gynazol after prior irrigation. But due to the fact that I do not know what preparation will be done irrigation, I recommend to keep a time interval between each drug. The drug is in a single-use applicator, which contains one dose of the drug, that is, 5 g. The drug should be applied vaginally once, preferably in the evening. Gynazol contains mineral oil that can damage products made of latex or rubber, such as condoms or vaginal discs.
