Sorbifer Durules can be taken during breastfeeding in doses set by your doctor. To prevent iron deficiency, it is recommended to take 1 tablet once a day, while in the case of a deficiency of this element, 2 tablets a day are used - one in the morning and one in the evening, unless the attending physician advises otherwise.
