Is it possible to give a second dose of Avaxim if the first dose was given 4 years and 3 months ago?
Is it possible to give a second dose of Avaxim if the first dose was given 4 years and 3 months ago? Should the current vaccination be treated as new and give the next dose in 6-12 months? I'm going on vacation and missed the second dose, I want to protect myself and make sure in the future full vaccination of p/WZW A Please urgently reply.

Probably, if you want longer protection (more than 10 years), you will need to administer two doses of the vaccine in succession.
