Broncho-Vaxom should be used in the scheme of 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach for 10 consecutive days for 3 months. As the difference between 18 and 20 days is only 2 days, and different months of the year may have different number of days, a change of use by +/- 3 days is acceptable.
