No, you can't. The drug you are asking about has not been on sale in Poland for a long time. In 2010, all medicinal products containing sibutramine (the active substance in Meridia) were withdrawn from the European market. This happened due to an increased risk of myocardial infarction, stroke and death from cardiovascular causes due to the use of these drugs.
