According to our statistics and according to the latest information from the manufacturer, the drug Arpixor 5 mg is slowly returning to pharmacies. You can check availability here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/106176/arpixor-tabletki/apteki

I received a response from Neuraxpharm. Deliveries of Arpixor 5 mg are scheduled for June 2022, and availability issues are due to increased sales compared to scheduled sales. The manufacturer also provided information that in pharmacies and wholesalers in Poland there are small amounts of the drug available in a dose of 5 mg (probably a dozen or so pieces). At the moment, none of the pharmacies integrated with GdziePoLek has a drug.

I turned to the manufacturer of the drug with a question about the reasons for the lack of availability of the drug and possible dates of return to wholesalers and pharmacies. I will put the answer both in this thread and on the Arpixor drug page: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/106176/arpixor-tabletki I encourage you to follow the availability of Arpixor at the link above. Unfortunately, the availability of substitutes is also very limited. Nevertheless, there are drugs on the market with aripiprazole in a higher dose (10 mg) with the possibility of dividing the tablet, e.g. Aripilek https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89620/aripilek-tabletki/apteki If it is not possible to continue therapy due to the lack of a 5 mg dose, I encourage you to contact your doctor to consider using a divided dose of 10 mg.
