The results of published scientific studies confirm the effectiveness of vinpocetine contained in Vinpoven in reducing tinnitus ailments. The mechanism of action of the drug responsible for this effect is most likely the ability of vinpocetine to dilate blood vessels in the brain, which improves blood flow in the central nervous system.
