Can spotting occur after putting on the copper spiral?

4 days ago I was put on the TCu380A intrauterine device, so far I used Vibin Mini and with the advent of the period with white tablets I just put it on. After these 4 days, the period looks completely different, it is scanty, there are spotting of brownish, red, sometimes dark red color. Is this normal?

6 months after the IUD was placed, in September I was at the gynaecologist because after insertion she had a whole time of the ... In October twice a month, and in December once. I sometimes have abdominal pain like during my period and slight spotting.

Often when I put pressure on the toilet, I have pink blood, then I put the pad on and there is a brown light / very light spotting. Later my stomach hurts like during menstruation.... In September, everything was fine after the gynecologist's visit.

In the first few days after the insertion of the non-hormonal spiral, prolonged spotting may occur. In the event that spotting is prolonged or you observe other, disturbing symptoms, I encourage you to consult a gynecologist. However, from the described situation (spotting, without additional e.g. pain) does not indicate anything disturbing. I encourage you to read the additional material that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/spirale-bezhormonalne
