How to deal with flatulence after Mesopral?

For a month I have to take Mesopral. This drug causes me great bloating. Nothing helps. In general, I have a problem with wzdeciami and after this drug is a disaster. Esumisan does not help. How to deal with these flatulences? Is it possible to replace this Mesopral with something?
