Is the dosage of Ospamox 3x4ml for 10 days for a 4-year-old child correct?

Hello, daughter of almost 4 years old, 16 kg of weight. After chickenpox she got bronchitis and here my question, the pediatrician prescribed us the antibiotic ospamox 500mg / 5ml in a dose of 3 x 4ml every 8 hours for 10 days, is it not too much? And not too long?

The dosage given is within the norms of the recommended dosage for children weighing less than 40 kg.
