After Pitamet 1 mg (for several days) taken in combination with Prefaxine 37.5 mg and Nebilet 1.25 mg, can I feel weakness, malaise, palpitations, increased nervousness? I would like to add that I have chronically elevated GGTP - about 100 (diagnosed by a gastrologist and hepatologist).

This combination should be used with extreme caution in people with impaired liver function. It is possible that in your case the addition of Pitamet caused the above symptoms. Observed side effects of therapy should be reported to the doctor. You may need to change the dosage of your medications or use another cholesterol medication.
