If, despite the use of Orgametril, I have intense bleeding, will it be necessary to remove the uterus?
Hello,I take Orgametril for the second month, one tablet on the 12th day for 12 days. I have lesions on the cervix and the uterus itself. Very long and painful menstruation all the time before. With the first series it was almost painless, but 12 days period. At the second I got bleeding with clots on the 4th day of taking the drug and the whole series is bleeding. Is it that the state of change has worsened and I will have to remove the uterus? I am 45 years old

According to the manufacturer - "Treatment should last a minimum of 3 months. If the discomfort does not resolve during or after treatment, additional diagnostic tests must be performed." This is therefore not synonymous with the need to remove the uterus. Perhaps then the doctor will recommend another method of therapy.
