Such implementation is not possible. While the pharmacist has the right to spend a lower dose within the same active substance (here 5 mg instead of 20 mg), the Pharmaceutical Law imposes the obligation to dispense the drug in the amount of +/- 10% of the amount prescribed by the doctor, and in this case this rule is exceeded.
