Should Prenatal Uno be taken in the first months of pregnancy even though it does not contain DHA?

Good morning. Whether Prenatal Uno should not contain DHA, apparently it is very important in pregnancy. Should Prenatal Uno not containing DHA be taken by women in the first weeks of pregnancy or should they choose other supplements?

Together with Prenatal Uno, the second preparation in the series - Prenatal DHA - should be used. Omega-3 acids (including DHA), in the case of supplements for pregnant women, are often contained in a separate capsule, probably due to the difficulty of combining fish oil with other ingredients, such as folic acid or iodine in one capsule. The preparations known to me that contain such a combination include, for example, Pregna Plus, but it does not contain a sufficient dose of DHA recommended by PTGiP and in the case of low fish consumption, the manufacturer recommends including an additional source of omega-3 acids. I enclose links to compare the prices of these preparations in online pharmacies: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/88270/prenatal-uno-kapsulki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/63574/prenatal-dha-kapsulki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/63507/pregna-plus-kapsulki/apteki
