When to apply another Evra patch, if the last time I was one day late with the change?

Good morning, the first time I use evra patches, I glued the first patch on Saturday when I got a month but peeled off the day before the change (Friday) so I glued the second (friday) thus starting a new 4 week cycle. The problem is that I put another patch a week later instead of Friday on Saturday. What now? when to apply a new patch on Saturday or Friday and since when I have been protected???

If a new patch on Saturday was applied within 24 hours of being changed on Friday, then contraceptive protection has been maintained. The next patch should be applied on the current "patch change day", i.e. Friday. The following Friday, remove the patch and take a 7-day break.
