In general, no amount of alcohol is considered safe and it is not recommended to drink alcohol when using medications. The manufacturer of Saxenda does not provide any information about the consumption of alcohol while taking the drug, but the lack of such information cannot be treated as permission to drink it. It may seem that 1 drink or a glass of wine is not a lot and this amount of alcohol does not strongly affect an adult person, but when using the drug, the sensitivity to alcohol and the harmfulness of alcohol may change and we do not know what effects this combination will have. In medicine, there is usually no clear "you can/ can't", only the possible risks in relation to the benefits are determined. In my opinion, the benefits of drinking alcohol are not enough to be worth the risk.
