I had a similar situation and I gave the second suppository then. In general, suppositories are very effective and work great. Recommend

My daughter has a constipation problem and we use evaqu bambini suppositories. After application, the suppository works within a dozen or so minits. With us recently about 15 and then the little one settles for the potty normally. They are cool because they work locally and additionally help regulate defecation

The substances contained in the Eva/qu Bambini suppository have a local effect, the substances contained in it do not exert a systemic effect, so if necessary, another (new) Eva/qu Bambini suppository or glycerin suppository can be applied. If the bowel movement occurs too quickly for the suppository to fully melt, it may be helpful to stay moving instead of waiting in a sitting or lying position. It is worth remembering this during the next application. An alternative to suppositories are rectal microingots for children, which facilitate defecation and protect the mucosa from irritation.
