Should I worry if I gave Deflegmin 75 mg to a 13-year-old child?

Out of momentum, I gave my 13-year-old, wet-coughing son Deflegmin a 75 mg capsule instead of a 30 mg tablet. Is there reason to panic? On the leaflet I read the information that it is not recommended to use in adolescents :(

There is no reason to worry, you should observe your son's reaction and in case of disturbing symptoms go to the doctor. Ambroxol (the active substance Deflegmin) is a medicine with a good safety profile, which is used even in young children and no specific symptoms of its overdose have been reported so far. I attach the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92025/deflegmin-kapsulki/ulotka
