How do I use Ismigen if I take Dexilant?
I have a problem. The pulmonologist prescribed me the drug ismigen,which should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach under the tongue. Since I have severe reflux, I have been taking Dexilant60 for a long time. I swallow it in the morning and drink it with a glass of water. How do I reconcile taking these medications? Can I take Dexilant together with the medications I take after breakfast (Isoptin, lndapen and caldyum 600)? Thank you!

Dexilant can be consumed with or without food. It would be best to take Ismigen in the morning on an empty stomach. Then Dexilant during breakfast, and the rest of the medications after breakfast. However, it should be borne in mind that the combination of Dexilant and Kaldyum may increase the concentration of potassium in the serum - it is worth controlling the level of potassium in the blood, if necessary, reducing the dose of Kaldyum (after consulting a doctor).
