Do I have to keep any time interval between Vigalex Forte 2000 and Kalium Effervences? If so, how many minutes or hours?

Both drugs have the same values of potassium ions only that in a different form and the composition of the excipients is also similar. The characteristics of Kalium Effervescens describe the gastrointestinal adverse reaction: Frequency not known: nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, flatulence, abdominal discomfort. However, in the CHPL syrup Kalium Polfarmex only nausea, vomiting and discomfort in the mouth. The physiology of each of us's organism is very individual, and everyone can react differently. I also send a link to the leaflet Kalium Effervescens: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/39530/kalium-effervescens-bezcukrowy-granulat-musujacy/ulotka/14549 If it is about the potassium content in the syrup in relation to the sachets, then 10 ml of syrup contains 782mg of potassium ions, which corresponds to 782 mg of potassium ions / 3 g of Kalium Effervescens.
Thank you so much. I would also like to ask which potassium in your opinion is better tolerated in gastrointestinal ailments (gastritis, reflux, intestinal problems) the one in sachets about which I asked or the one in syrup - Kalium Polfarmex? 1 sachet of potassium is how much is a ml of potassium in syrup?

Yes, you need to keep a time interval. Vigalex is a fat-soluble drug. So, it is best to take the drug during the most abundant meal, which will improve the assimilation of the drug. Kalium effervescens should also be taken during or at the end of a meal. From this it follows that it is best to choose a separate time of day with meals for both drugs. This will be safer and more effective. For example, immediately after breakfast -Kalium effervescens, during dinner - Vigalex. I also include a link where you can find a lot of information about the drug Vigalex Forte: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/105739/vigalex-forte-tabletki/pytania
