Tamispras is used not only in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia, but also in the treatment of urolithiasis. Tamsulosin relaxes the muscle of the ureter and reduces its peristalsis. It can facilitate and accelerate the expulsion of stone deposits and even reduce the consumption of painkillers. Itsordination is therefore justified. No studies have been conducted to evaluate the effects of tamsulosin on pregnancy, lactation or fertility. General genotoxicity studies have not revealed any particular hazard for humans other than those resulting from the pharmacological properties of tamsulosin. So it is a safe drug that does not affect fertility in women. I enclose a description of the preparation you are taking: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/77264/tamispras-tabletki/ulotka/116936
