Can Siofor 500 tablets be crushed before taking? Because when trying to swallow the whole tablet, it "stands" in my esophagus for a long time. I tried different methods of swallowing, but to no avail.

In the leaflet of the drug you can find the inscription "Do not crush or chew tablets. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water." Usually, it is not recommended to divide or crush film-coated tablets, as this may disturb the way the active substances are released, causing the preparation not to show proper and effective action.
