Good morning, I am in the process of antibiotic therapy Pylera, after what time after taking can I take methotrexate? I take 10mg x 1 a week. The doctor said that three hours after taking the pylera, I could take a dose of methotrexate. Or is it better to skip methotrexate at all during treatment with dust?

Follow your doctor's instructions and take methotrexate approximately 3 hours apart from Pylera. Combining these drugs is not unconditionally contraindicated. Taking these medicines at the same time may increase the risk of flu-like symptoms (fever, chills, body aches, sore throat, muscle weakness), pale skin, easy bruising or bleeding, diarrhoea and mouth ulcers. Therefore, you should be vigilant and see a doctor if you experience these symptoms - then you may need to change your dose of Methotrexat for the duration of treatment with Pylera.
