Can dizziness be caused by too high a dose of Aposerta?

Witam. For several years I took aposerte 100mg and deprexolet 10mg for anxiety disorders and insomnia. Due to the appearance of derealization, the dose was increased to 150mg of aposerty. The increased dose takes 7 months. For about 7 days I have been dizzy every day and sometimes it gets weak when I walk down the street. Can this dose of 150 mg after such a time be too high if I am dizzy? I have a visit to the doctor only in a month and I do not have the opportunity to contact the doctor

Given that you have been using this dose for a long time and have not had such side effects before, I would first look elsewhere for the cause. Dizziness can be associated with many factors, such as dehydration, too low pressure, anemia or hypoglycemia. Until the visit to the attending physician, it is worth going to the general practitioner, who can refer for check-ups. The doctor should decide on the reduction of the dose of the drug anyway: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki I also attach the leaflets of the drugs: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/6093/sertraline-apotex-aposerta-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21964/deprexolet-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka
