Can I use Trulyty if I have type 1 diabetes?

Hello. I have type 1 diabetes. Unfortunately, the sugar level is at a high level. Could I additionally stodowac the drug trulicyty?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics: "Trulicity is approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Trulicity should not be used in patients with type 1 diabetes. Diabetic ketoacidosis and hypoglycaemia have been reported in insulin-dependent patients following Trulicity administration." Of course, the doctor has the right to use the drug based on his best knowledge and experience, not the manufacturer's indications, which is also a common practice. However, it is difficult to clearly assess this to an outsider without knowing the patient's medical records.
