Cliovelle can be taken with or without food. In turn, Euthyrox should be served on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast. Cliovelle in this case can be given with breakfast or later in the day. Women taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) may have an increased need for levothyroxine (the active ingredient in Euthyrox), so tell your doctor about the use of HRT and agree on the appropriate dosage.
