E-przychodnia24.pl is one big SCAM. The money was collected, the contact by e-mail was after a few hours, after a few more hours of waiting for a response, I finally met with a refusal. Later, the "Doctor", although I doubt that he really was one, was arrogant, not paying attention to the patient's descriptions, I got answers like, "it's not a teleconsultation", when I asked for some phone contact, and when I didn't let go of the topic of a refund or writing a prescription and sending 5 messages, "I recommend a visit to a psychiatrist"... In the end, NO CONTACT, NO PRESCRIPTION and no response to e-mails despite sending a lot of messages from my side.
There is NO contact number on the website, there is only an option to contact me by e-mail, to which I did NOT get a single reply. You can NOT find or get any other contact to someone responsible for all this, FRAUD, waste of time and money and above all a lot of nerves.
