What should I do if Trulicity 3 mg is not available and is there a replacement?
Good morning. Use Trulicyty 3 mg, now the drug is unavailable at least until April. Is there a replacement? Or something similarly working? This is the only drug that works for me and is now unavailable ☹️

As a contraindication with immunosuppressants, I had to discontinue, have about 30 pens of 1.5mg. Pharmacies are not allowed to accept it.

Trulicity has no substitutes. You should consult a doctor - until Trulicity 3 mg appears, the solution may be, for example, using this drug in the currently available dose of 1.5 mg and adding an oral antidiabetic drug, e.g. with metformin.
