Information provided by the National Blood Donation Center: "For the entire period of use of medicines (other than vitamins, oral contraceptives and hormonal drugs used during menopause) and for some time after stopping taking them, blood should not be donated. Always ask your donor doctor how long you need to wait after stopping the medicine, as the medications have different durations of action." Divascan is rapidly excreted from the body (up to about 15 hours), so it should be possible to donate blood even after a day after the end of the treatment. However, earlier use of the drug should be reported to the qualifying doctor, who will ultimately decide whether it is already possible to donate blood.
