Are there any other ways to treat gastroesophageal reflux than using Emanera?

Hi, are there any other ways to treat gastroesophageal reflux than the use of emanera 40 mg which causes dysregulation of the stomach and intestines?

It should be emphasized that the body's response to certain foods is an individual feature. People with symptoms of reflux should avoid: fatty, fried and hard to digest foods, spicy, onions and onion vegetables, tomatoes and tomato preserves, citrus fruits and juices from these fruits, chocolate and chocolate products, coffee, mint infusion, carbonated drinks and alcohol. Patients should limit the consumption of "not recommended" products, but this does not mean that they cannot be consumed at all. Therefore, it is impossible to unequivocally answer the question of which sauces can and cannot be eaten with reflux. The same foods in exacerbation of the disease will intensify the symptoms, and during remission you will tolerate them well.

Thank you. Could you write what sauces can be used for reflux?

To @Kasia: I do not find information that in this case expanded amaranth or yeast flakes are contraindicated. However, nuts, corn, soybeans should be avoided). Raw vegetables should be replaced with steamed ones. Avoid excess, e.g. tomatoes, citrus fruits or pineapple. You can eat m.in raw apples, bananas, from vegetables it is worth eating m.in carrots, parsley, cauliflower, pumpkin. If choosing the right diet causes you a problem, you can use the advice of a dietitian or clinical dietitian (a specialist who sets the diet for a specific disease).

Is it possible to eat non-acidic gastroesophageal reflux with non-cavitative yeast flakes, expanded amaranth, peanuts? What fruits and vegetables can be eaten with reflux? Are pineapples dosed?

Thank you for your reply. Using drugs such as emanera 40 or dexillant, the symptoms of heartburn disappeared but when after discontinuation of these drugs the problem automatically returned. The milks proposed by you, i.e. alugastrin or gaviscon, did not matter to me or were negligible. I have already tried many preparations that were supposed to fight heartburn but gave a temporary effect. An interesting option was to drink zuber healing water it gave an immediate effect but at the same time it had a defect for me, i.e. a strong laxative effect, which caused the therapy to be discontinued. You can try with these kinetic drugs, i.e. prokit but I do not know if I want to burden myself again with drugs that have a lot of undesirable effects

An alternative is surgery. All drugs used to relieve the symptoms of reflux will affect the work of the stomach and intestines. In addition to proton pump inhibitors - that is, drugs to which Emanera belongs, in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux, antacids and protect the mucous membrane are also used. These agents are usually used temporarily and can be bought in a pharmacy without a prescription, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/3972/alugastrin-zawiesina/apteki?pvid=10332#internetowe https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/32049/gaviscon-o-smaku-miety-zawiesina/apteki?pvid=187036#internetowe and prokinetic drugs - available on prescription, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/64348/prokit-tabletki-powlekane/apteki If you tolerate Emanera poorly, it is worth consulting a doctor. Perhaps the specialist will recommend me to skip any of the above-mentioned preparations.
