What can cause vaginal burning?

On Tuesday evening I took the last eighth tablet of Macmiror complex, the gynecologist prescribed it to me because the symptoms indicated a fungal infection while in the swab came out the bacterium Lactobacillus Crispatus or the good one. On Wednesday I started taking the probiotic Provag and today I noticed that my vagina is burning (hell after each macmiror tablet but I read that it is a temporary symptom) and I have a discharge as in the photo below. What could be the reason for this?

From your photo it is very difficult to deduce whether the discharge is normal or not - at first glance - in my opinion - it is the correct mucus, which is a sign of self-cleansing and moisturizing the vagina. During ringworm, it would be more white, compact with a cheese-like consistency, in a bacterial infection - more yellowish. If you have already used pharmacological agents and still feel a burning sensation, please go to the gynecologist. To determine the cause of this problem, it is necessary to perform appropriate tests, e.g. culture.
