No, Avamys has not yet been described to cause shortness of breath, dizziness, rapid fatigue, problems concentrating, "adrenaline discharge" or constant fatigue. In your case, I would do a blood test - a morphology with a manual smear, iron level and TSH. I would look for the reason more in a blood disorder, reduced iron levels or an abnormal amount of thyroid hormones. A referral for examinations can be prescribed by a family doctor.
