Can I return the medicine to the pharmacy, because after checking the receipt it turned out that the prescription was issued for 100% payment instead of with relief?

Can I return the drug to the pharmacy because after checking the receipt it turned out that the prescription was issued for 100% payment instead of with relief. The difference in payment is very large and the pharmacist did not ask if it should be 100% paid?

The described situation is not a basis for the pharmacy to accept your return of the medicine. The pharmacist is not obliged to "make sure" that the doctor correctly issued the prescription for payment. This is entirely on the side of the person issuing. Quite often there are situations in which the drug is on the list of discount drugs, but the patient is not entitled to reimbursement. Pharmacy staff carry out such prescriptions according to what they receive from the patient. Only very specific situations entitle the patient to return the drug.
