Good morning, my 16:year-old son after the second Tablet of Cirrus (the first one he took in the morning) has a high heart rate and pressure. Should he take the pill twice tomorrow or reduce it to one? And at what intervals from taking Cirrus can take xylogel? He is prescribed 3 times a day.

By @Aesculapus:
At the outset, it is worth noting that the leaflet does not contain a provision prohibiting the combination of Cirrus with nasal congestants, but only information about caution when using such drugs, which results from theoretical interactions, not from a real contraindication.
In a healthy, young person, there is no contraindication to the simultaneous use of Cirrus and Xylogel. Xylogel is topical and its systemic absorption is minimal with short, correct use. Although both drugs have a vasoconstricting effect, in clinical practice such a combination is commonly used and safe, as long as the patient does not have hypertension, heart disease and does not abuse nasal spray.
The leaflet states that the drug should not be combined with decongestants and nasal vessels (and such a drug is xylogel).

You did not write what pressure you mean by high. If the son is healthy (no chronic diseases such as hypertension) and does not take any medication chronically, then I do not see any contraindications to continue using Cirrus 2 times a day. You do not need to keep a gap between Cirrus and Xylogel.
