My grandmother is a war invalid, so she receives reimbursed medicines for free. I saw now that this IB discount is described as a total refund for war invalids and their families. What does it mean "and their families"? Can I, as a grandson, or my father- son of my grandmother, also take advantage of this discount and receive medicines for free?

No, the entitlement applies to spouses of war invalids and repressed persons who are dependent on their sole maintenance, as well as widows and widowers of fallen soldiers and deceased war invalids and repressed persons entitled to a survivor's pension. Certificates of the right to a survivor's pension issued by the pension authority, i.e. ZUS. I enclose additional information: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/kiedy-lek-nalezy-sie-na-znizke
