Can a pharmacist dispense a drug with the rpw availability category to a person with a completed 13 years of age and with an incomplete 18 years of age? I do not mean a law in which a pharmacist can refuse to issue from his own justifications only a LEGAL ORDER to refuse to give the drug to such a person.

A pharmacist may refuse to sell a medicine to a minor who has reached the age of 13 but is not yet 18 years old. This possibility results directly from the provisions of the Civil Code, which limit the legal capacity of persons under 18 years of age (i.e. according to the Code, persons under 13 years of age do not have legal capacity, and persons in the period 13-18 years of age have limited legal capacity). Drugs from the Rpw category are a special type of commodity. The pharmacist may therefore require that such a transaction be accepted by the minor's parents or legal guardians. Most often, the personal appearance of parents is required.
