I cannot guarantee you, like no one else, that taking Provera or Duphaston will 'start' menstruation, but these are measures that have indications for the treatment of menstrual disorders and should therefore help you - which does not mean that this will happen. Simply follow your doctor's instructions - you will assess over time whether the therapy is effective.
