Can Colostrum and Genactiv Mare Milk be taken simultaneously with a probiotic on an empty stomach?

1. Can Colostrum Milk of Genactiv Mare be taken simultaneously with a probiotic on an empty stomach? E.g. from sanprobi stress? or enterol? 2. Or in the morning on an empty stomach colostrum itself, and after a meal take simultaneously sanprobi stress + enterol? Aren't these strains mutually exclusive? He needs Bifido supplementation with Enterol and Sanprobia for stress/anxiety.

Only Colostrum and Mare's Milk require fasting. Probiotics - Sanprobi Stress and Enterol can be taken with food. Enterol contains the probiotic yeast Saccharomyces boulardii, while Sanprobi Stres contains Lactobacillus helveticus Rosell and Bifidobacterium longum Rosell. The above strains are not mutually exclusive, they can be used simultaneously.
