Should I stop taking Izotek if I have the stomach flu and can't eat a fatty meal?

Good evening, I have been taking Izotek for 3 weeks, unfortunately I got the stomach flu so I will not be able to eat a meal, i.e. a fatty dinner, with which this drug is absorbed and my question is whether if I stop the drug for 2 days it will bring negative effects, or nothing big will happen because of it? Greetings and waiting for a response :)

A better solution will be to take the drug with any meal, even if it does not contain a lot of fat (a sandwich smeared with butter, the addition of a teaspoon of olive oil to the meal, a few nuts, etc.) - the drug will also be absorbed, and even if to a lesser extent than usual, it is better than completely skipping the dose of the drug. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-laczyc-leki-z-jedzeniem https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/38761/izotek-20-mg-kapsulki/ulotka
