I have a question I took nivalin 2.5mg and I was slightly sleepy but today the doctor changed me to 5mg and I feel even more lethargic and for this my head hurt or is it a side effect and maybe it's too strong dose? Is it reported and discontinued injections?

The mentioned side effects do not threaten health, so if the benefits of therapy outweigh the malaise when using the drug, then it is better to bring it to an end.
It is to endure just once a day I have to take a nap about 1 hour and the head as if in the evening it starts to hurt slightly, that is, I understand that as they can withstand it to a greater extent, do not interrupt the therapy.

Yes, Nivalin can cause drowsiness and dizziness during therapy - regardless of the dose. In order for the treatment to be effective, it is necessary to undergo at least a 40-day cycle, in which every 3-4 days the dose is gradually increased, up to 20 mg per day. If the side effects associated with the therapy are difficult to withstand, this should be reported to the attending physician, who will decide on further treatment (e.g. change of treatment or dosage of the drug). Reporting side effects to your doctor or individually allows you to gather more information about the safety of your medications and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane I also attach the leaflet of the drug: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/53473/nivalin-iniekcja/ulotka
