Yes, Pelavo nose and sinuses can be given together with Hederasal syrup. There is no need to keep any special spacing. It is important to give the last dose of Hederasal to your child at least about 4 hours before bedtime (This medicine has an expectorant effect and its administration just before bedtime could cause a cough during sleep).
