Any antifungal agents, even those available without a prescription, can be used in pregnant women only after consulting the doctor conducting the pregnancy. Due to the lack of sufficient research into the effects of such agents on the developing fetus, most of the measures will have the following words in the leaflet: "Use only when strictly necessary". In the first place, you can try a cream with clotrimazole - e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/18711/clotrimazolum-gsk-krem/apteka-internetowa?pvid=11889 If the treatment does not bring the expected results, you can consider using terbinafine in the cream. Bearing in mind that agents with terbinafine, e.g. Undofen Max for use on the skin, are absorbed in less than 5% - it does not seem that they have any effect on the child.
