Should I be concerned if there is spotting in the first month of using Evra patches?

Hello, exactly a week ago on Thursday I started using transdermal contraception for the first time. I hadn't taken pills before, the only form of contraception was condoms. I applied the patch on the day of the first day of the period. When my period ended, I had sex with my partner and spotting followed by spotting, which lasts for the second day. I am concerned, I would ask for an answer

Spotting during the first 3-4 months of using the patches is normal and should not be alarming. This is the adaptation period when the body gets used to the supply of hormones. Bleeding and spotting may occur throughout the cycle, not just during the withdrawal break. If you applied the first patch on the first day of natural menstruation, you are protected from the first day.
