Is bleeding while taking Macmiror normal?

I started using the Macmiror treatment, on the second day there was a slight bleeding or is this a normal phenomenon? The period is to start only in a week in addition I use Vines contraception, I skipped the pills period last month

And I'll say this, it's normal to bleed after this drug, only there are no such side effects in the leaflet. I got Macmiror 500 because I had infections. Immediately after the end of treatment, bleeding appeared. I went to the gynaecologist and everything was ok in the ultrasound and examination. I had bleeding until the appearance of the mesis, unfortunately it lasted 2 weeks.
After menstruation, everything went back to normal. I'm not the first to see that I've had such a problem.
