Can I use Cetix and Doxycyclinum together? How is Cetix used?

Hi I am on the treatment of doxicillin 10 days and Cetix from today, can these antibiotics be combined? Cetix I have to take 2 tablets at a time, does it mean that for the entire course of treatment I have to take two tablets, or only 2 at a time?
