By taking 3 tablets at a time, you did the right thing. An adult weighing about 60-70 kg should take 3 tablets of 250 mg at a time, i.e. 750 mg of the drug. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65515/pyrantelum-polpharma-tabletki/ulotka/17674
